What types of organizations can establish fundraising events using the pledgeplay.com technology?
Only organizations that have a written agreement with Game 7 Entertainment, Inc. may utilize the pledgeplay.com platform. For information, please contact info@pledgeplay.com.
What individuals can set up a fundraising event?
Only authorized individuals of organizations that have a written agreement with Game 7 Entertainment, Inc may establish fundraising events utilizing the pledgeplay.com platform. Game 7 Entertainment, Inc. reserves the right to terminate any events that have been established without proper authorization.
How can I create a campaign?
If your organization is part of a group that has partnered with Game 7 you can go to www.pledgeplay.com, click on the "create a campaign" button, and fill out the required fields.

Questions about Token Purchases
Can anyone purchase tokens?
Only Registered Users may purchase tokens. To become a Registered User, one must be the age of majority in your state of residence and otherwise be able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. One must also provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about you on the registration form available on the Site. Please refer to our Terms of Use for further information.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
PledgePlay.com uses VeriSign’s Payflow Pro security system to ensure your online transactions are safe and secure. Credit card information is not stored by Game 7 Entertainment, Inc. That information is used only by our financial institution for the purpose of processing payments to Game 7. That information is safeguarded with extremely high, bank-level security and it will never be used for any other purposes.
How much do tokens cost?
Game tokens cost $1 per token. Minimum purchase of $10 is required. Each token is good for one game play of any of the provided games.
Can tokens be used in different pledgeplay.com events?
No, tokens are only good for the event in which they were purchased.
Can tokens be shared with others?
Yes. By using the Share feature on the event website, one can send tokens to others via email. In your account profile, the pledgeplay.com system keeps track of the tokens you have shared with others.
How long are game tokens valid for game play?
Game tokens are usable for 30 days after the end date of a specific event. Game tokens can not be purchased after the end date of an event but the site will remain active and games can be played during the 30-day period following the event’s end date.
Is any portion of my purchase tax deductible?
Payments are for the purchase of game tokens and are not tax deductible.
Do any of the proceeds go to Game 7’s partner organizations?
The amount of proceeds that will be distributed to Game 7’s partner organizations will be clearly stated on each event’s Site. It is Game 7’s plan that at least 80% of funds raised will be forwarded to partner organizations with the goal of having 100% of revenue sent.
How does the referral code work?
A referral is how we track recognition for your pledge. The code entered on the pledge page will be tracked in our system and may make the person eligible for prizes that have been identified for that particular campaign.
When you send an e-mail from our share page it will have your referral code in it and anyone clicking on that link will have your referral code in their pledge. They can enter a different referral code if they like and you can enter your own referral code for any pledge you make.
When you set up your account your referral code is the same as your leaderboard name. While you can change your leaderboard name, your referral code will always remain the same.

Do you sell my personal information to third parties?
No, we value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
Why must I be at least 13 years of age to be a Registered User or Authorized Player?
Game 7 Entertainment, Inc. strictly adheres to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This act prohibits the collection of any personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
Will I be contacted by third parties if I use your website?
Except as otherwise provided in our Privacy Policy or in the terms and conditions applicable to a specific program, we will not disclose your personal information to other third parties unless you have provided your consent. How secure is my personal information?
Your personal information is retained in a secure location and encrypted using state-of-the-art 128-bit encryption technology. Personal information will not be made available to any third party, except as noted in the Game 7 Entertainment, Inc. Privacy Policy. Can I change my personal information?
Yes, just log in to your account and click on the "My Account" tab. You are able to change your email address, password, and leader board name.

Who can I contact for help?
Our regular Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm PST. We try to provide answers and information to all your inquiries online through our FAQs and via email at support@pledgeplay.com. When making an inquiry, please include your name, email address, and contact telephone number in case we need to contact you. Our policy is to respond to inquiries within two (2) business days of receipt.

What do I need to play the game?
The games on our site require Flash 9 in order to run properly.

Who can I contact for information regarding prizes offered?
Partner organizations associated with certain events on the Site may offer prizes relating to those programs. Those organizations are solely responsible for the determination of prize winners and for the distribution of prizes. Game 7 is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability relating to, any such prize offer and/or the provision, utility, quality or use of the prizes.
